HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES
SKILLED NURSES
MENTAL HEALTH NURSING
Registered/Licensed Practical Nurses can provide a wide range of care and services. These include administration of medications, dressing changes, assessment and teaching to both patient and family.
Care for patients with mental illness or mental distress, ie. depression and dementia.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Evaluate the patient's needs and provide exercises and treatments to relieve pain and restore use of muscles and limbs.
SPEECH THERAPY
Certified Speech Pathologists evaluate the patient's speech disorders. Individualized training is provided to enable the patient to relearn basic communication skills.
HOME HEALTH AIDE
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Provide therapeutic training to help increase the patient's ability to function independently in performing daily living activities.
SOCIAL SERVICES
Qualified Medical Social Workers may be part of your Physician's plan to help the team understand the social and emotional issues or personal difficulties related to your health and recovery.
Provide assistance with activities of daily living, which include bathing, personal care, and other specifically ordered care.
